The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic vision for the account management department, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and driving retention and revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in commercial account management or customer success, particularly in the Martech industry. The VP will be tasked with setting and monitoring KPIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and establishing strong relationships with C-level executives across top client accounts. Operational excellence, including the management of the account management process and the implementation of best practices, is also a key focus. Candidates for the VP of Account Management position at the company should have at least 12 years' of experience in account management or commercial customer success, with a minimum of 5 years' in a leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Industry-specific experience in SaaS, marketing, and influencer marketing is beneficial.
