The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing customized candidate recruiting plans, establishing and maintaining relationships with business leadership and key stakeholders, and serving as a subject matter expert on market trends and best practices in recruitment within the investments industry. This role demands a creative, flexible, and solutions-oriented individual with a proven track record in a dynamic, high-touch recruitment environment. The Vice President, Investments Recruiter will also be accountable for ensuring a bias-free interview process, maintaining transparent communication with internal stakeholders and candidates, and upholding the highest standards of documentation and organization in all recruiting activities. Applicants for the Vice President, Investments Recruiter position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in an in-house or agency recruiting role, preferably focused on investment hiring. The role requires proficiency in recruiting technology, including Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, intellectually curious, and have a proven ability to develop strong relationships in a short period of time. Experience with mid-size or large, global, public companies with complex compensation programs and a matrix-structured business environment is essential.
