The successful candidate will be a key player in leading new business efforts, with a focus on both inbound opportunities and outbound prospecting. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a new business background and a proven track record in engaging and converting new clients to drive agency revenue. The Executive Director will be responsible for developing pitch strategies, crafting bespoke RFI/RFPs, and partnering with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless process. Strategic thinking, the ability to inspire and create new ideas, and a strong emphasis on elevating the company's capabilities are essential. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 12 years' experience in the marketing or advertising industry. The role demands a strategic thinker with a successful history of building business, particularly within large media agencies or groups. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a small team, be adept at managing senior stakeholders, and have a genuine passion for mentoring and coaching. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a solution-oriented approach are also required.
