The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling sales, marketing, business development, and customer success teams, as well as establishing performance metrics and aligning compensation with business objectives. The CCO will also be tasked with defining and achieving commercial objectives, generating new leads, and leading a high-performing sales team through the entire sales cycle. Collaboration with internal stakeholders, market trend analysis, and the development of commercial strategies, including the engagement of international distribution partners, are key aspects of the role. Applicants for the CCO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, with a proven track record in senior commercial leadership roles, particularly in the diagnostic, medical device, or digital health sectors. Experience in building and scaling commercial teams for new products, especially first-in-class or early-stage innovations, is essential. The role requires a strong background in consultative sales, managing senior-level relationships, and familiarity with consumer/clinician-facing digital marketing.
