The successful candidate will be a top-flight, agile investment professional with diverse asset class expertise, ready to make a significant impact and contribute to the company's growth and success. This role is performance-focused, requiring the individual to be aligned and incented to achieve appropriate short and long-term investment returns. Key responsibilities include participating in portfolio design and allocation, monitoring third-party investment manager performance, sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, and contributing to the establishment of common practices for portfolio and project management. The role demands an analytically strong team member with excellent communication skills, who is action-oriented, adaptable, and results-focused. Candidates for the Vice President - Investments position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, with at least 7 years' experience in institutional investment management, ideally with a focus on private assets.
