This senior leadership position is responsible for the real estate portfolio, lease transactions, office relocations, and expansion projects. The successful candidate will lead both internal and external teams to ensure the successful completion of projects, manage the capital and operating budget, and oversee business continuity and emergency preparedness. Collaboration with the executive team is essential to recommend and influence decision-making related to best practices and enhancements in facilities and office services efficiencies. Candidates for the VP, National Facilities role at the company should have 10-13 years of experience in managing real estate and facilities/office services functions, with a strong background in lease negotiations and office design and construction. The role requires strategic and tactical business acumen, consultative problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels.
