Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in managing complex projects, driving strategic initiatives, and the ability to build and maintain relationships at the highest levels. Technical skills include excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle highly confidential and business-critical issues with integrity and professionalism.
