The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing faculty, maintaining curricular integrity, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. This role involves direct supervision of various academic and administrative staff, as well as leading faculty development, evaluation, and professional growth. The AVP will also be involved in program administration, curriculum management, interprofessional collaboration, and external representation, and will play a key role in budget and resource management, strategic planning, and policy development. Applicants must have an earned Doctor of Chiropractic degree, a minimum of 5 years' of academic leadership experience, and be eligible for or hold the rank of associate professor or higher. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, project management, and budget management, as well as experience in curriculum development, policy implementation, and program assessment. Key qualifications include a principle-centered leadership style, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to student success and institutional excellence.
