The successful candidate will be responsible for driving an integrated, organization-wide strategy for programs that align with the company's mission and the CEO's vision for growth and evolution. This role involves close collaboration with the executive heads of finance/operations, development, marketing, and HR to ensure seamless internal operations and quality program delivery. The EVP will also oversee a large team of full-time and part-time/seasonal employees, providing senior leadership and people management to ensure clarity of goals, thought leadership, and strong, trusting relationships with board members. Strategic leadership and program oversight are key, including the development and implementation of a cohesive program strategy, content creation, and the establishment of clear program metrics. The ideal candidate will have a background of at least 15 years in related experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role, and a proven track record in overseeing a large portfolio of community-based programs. They should be adept at leading a diverse team, driving collaboration, and managing change. A commitment to the company's values and traditions is essential.
