The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the CLO syndicate desk in the role of a placement agent for primary CLO transactions. This includes working closely with CLO issuer and investor clients to determine and execute marketing strategies for each deal, with a focus on AAA and equity marketing, as well as mezzanine debt syndication. The role also involves managing the syndication process, leveraging existing relationships with anchor investors, and cultivating new CLO investor leads. The Vice President will be expected to maintain a thorough understanding of the global CLO investor landscape and market dynamics and to coordinate and conduct deal and non-deal-related roadshows. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in loan obligations, particularly collateralized loans. A high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present complex information effectively are essential. The role requires a strong understanding of the leveraged loan market and broader credit markets, including trends, key players, and market dynamics.
