This senior-level position is pivotal to the company's success and growth, requiring a high-performing individual with a minimum of 10 years' experience in business and program development within the military training and simulation sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of program development, including pipeline development, strategic capture, and proposal development. This role demands a deep understanding of the Department of Defense, particularly with Army training and simulation customers, and a proven track record in successful capture and proposal efforts. The VP will also be tasked with maintaining key business development contacts, growing the opportunity pipeline, and leading the pursuit of strategic business opportunities. Applicants for the Vice President of Program Development role at the company should hold a Bachelor's or MBA degree, or have equivalent significant work experience, and be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
