The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all instructional programs, overseeing curriculum development, and ensuring that academic activities align with the company's mission, vision, and strategic goals. This key leadership role involves serving as the chief advisor on academic affairs, guiding faculty and academic leaders, and engaging in the development and assessment of an academic operating plan that prioritizes students' experiential learning and growth. The Provost will also be tasked with faculty and staff employment matters, monitoring shared governance, and directing academic affairs in accordance with relevant educational standards and state laws. Applicants for the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs position at the company must have an earned doctorate, a distinguished record in teaching, scholarship, and academic leadership, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in higher education administration.
