The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for the financial and operational management of the organization. This role is pivotal in establishing and implementing financial and capital strategies that align with the company's strategic priorities. The CFOO will also oversee the business office functions, serve as the chief staff liaison to the Board of Trustees, and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions. Additionally, the CFOO will be involved in the administration of the company's endowment, manage employee benefit programs, and ensure compliance with all local and state reporting requirements. Applicants for the CFOO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA or CPA preferred) and at least 10-15 years of senior-level experience in financial planning and management. Experience in an independent school setting is preferred, but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team management, organizational change, and strategic decision-making.
