This critical role requires a combination of strategic vision, leadership, and a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the Compliance Program in accordance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements, proactively monitoring and making recommendations on compliance guidance, and leading enterprise risk assessments. Candidates for the Vice President of Global Ethics and Compliance role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree desirable) and at least 10 years' of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles. Professional certifications such as CCEP or CIA are desirable.
