The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a global team of KYC subject matter experts, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure the team meets performance goals. This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance with corporate KYC policy requirements, and the Vice President will be expected to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, as well as engage in regular dialogue with key stakeholders. Applicants must have a strong client focus, excellent interpersonal leadership, and the ability to effectively communicate complex AML policy and compliance requirements. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in AML/KYC compliance, audit, or operations management, and the candidate should be adept at quality assurance testing techniques and methodologies, particularly those related to AML rules and regulations. The Vice President will also be responsible for defining and implementing global business health metrics, enforcing a dynamic control environment, and mitigating risks in business processes.
