Head of Customer Success About the Company Top-tier SaaS company IndustryInternet TypePrivately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of Customer Success to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a team of 7-10 Enterprise Customer Success Managers, with a focus on a large portfolio of enterprise customers. This role involves overseeing all aspects of customer success, including customer health, adoption, onboarding, retention, renewals, and project/program success. The Head of Customer Success will also be tasked with leading and refining customer success processes, playbooks, and presentations to build a top-tier CS organization, and driving success with complex SaaS solutions for enterprise customers. Applicants for the Head of Customer Success position should have a proven track record in customer success leadership, particularly in SaaS, supply chain, analytics, compliance, or operational software. The role requires a candidate with experience in building scalable CS teams and processes, as well as a passion for mentoring and developing talent within a fast-paced, growing company. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates located east of the Central US, and offers the opportunity to lead a thriving team at a market leader.
