The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing the RRP issue management program, ensuring the timely remediation of commitments, and maintaining compliance with global issue management procedures. This role requires the development of issue management standards, ongoing reviews with key stakeholders, and the management of issue documentation until the closure of RRP commitments. The individual must have a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory environment, particularly in financial regulations related to recovery and resolution planning, and be adept at capital and liquidity management. Applicants should possess at least 10 years' of relevant experience in operational risk management, audit, compliance, or a similar control function, and have a proven track record of engaging with business unit leaders and cross-functional teams. The role demands advanced communication, diplomacy, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment. A deep knowledge of banking products and systems is highly preferred, with a CPA certification being a plus. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with the ability to make decisions independently, and will have a background that includes representing large financial institutions, preferably G-SIBs, with regulatory bodies.
