The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that align with the organization's mission of creating a vibrant, inclusive, and globally competitive economy. This role requires a leader with a strong background in workforce training, economic development, or related fields, and a proven track record of advancing economic mobility, particularly within a racial equity framework.
