The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, financial forecasting, and capital raising, as well as managing the treasury function, including cash flow planning, investment management, and risk mitigation. A key aspect of the role is the development and maintenance of financial reporting systems to ensure compliance with regulations and to support senior management in making strategic business decisions. The Director of Finance will also be involved in driving the financial planning of the company, analyzing performance and risks, and ensuring that all financial operations adhere to legal requirements.
