The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and executing sales and market strategies across key segments, with a strong focus on driving segment solution sales growth and capturing new revenue streams, particularly in the digital and energy transition space. This role requires the ability to guide and lead a large team, cultivate key customer relationships, and ensure commercial effectiveness through process integration and execution. The Vice President will also be responsible for championing change, driving technology investments, and enhancing a high-performance work culture that supports diversity and inclusion. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior management role within a sales or marketing function, and at least 15 years' of leadership experience in a comparable size and scope role. A proven track record in building and developing high-performing teams, particularly in a matrixed organization, is essential. The role demands a leader with a strong technical and engineering sales background, capable of stimulating new process development and improvement, and fostering a culture of learning. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree being preferred, and the candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
