This pivotal role is focused on driving strategic planning and advancing operational capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive operating system, leading a team in continuous improvement, project management, and communications, and ensuring that site objectives are aligned with the broader company ambition. Key responsibilities include strategic development, site and regional communications, operational excellence, facilitating alignment with site leadership, and leading transformation efforts. The VP will also be involved in project management, special initiatives, and will serve as a corporate representative for the region. Applicants for the VP, Strategy & Execution role at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and have a minimum of 8 years' experience in a GMP regulated environment, with a focus on continuous improvement, project management, and special projects. A strong background in leadership, with at least 15 years' experience, is essential. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in strategic vision, critical thinking, leadership and development, project management expertise, and experience in change management. The ideal candidate will have a technical and regulatory background in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, advanced proficiency in MS Office, Tableau, and other data visualization tools, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. The ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities is also a key requirement.
