The successful candidate will be the lead administrator, responsible for the central administrative services that support the academic mission. This includes advising on strategic initiatives, financial and space planning, operational efficiency, and legal and risk management. The role is particularly significant at this time, as the School of Medicine is poised for growth in biomedical and educational programs and requires a leader who can ensure effective connectivity and coordination across the institution. Candidates for the Executive Vice Dean for Administration position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of administrative and financial leadership experience in a complex academic research environment, with a preference for those with a background in a world-class academic medical center. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree and/or CPA being preferred.
