Vice President of Sales About the Company Top-tier medical device company IndustryMedical Devices TypePrivately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for the East Coast, US, with a focus on the medical devices vertical. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and expansion of a significant portfolio, with a key emphasis on increasing revenue in the medical devices sector. This role involves overseeing a team of 3-4 sales professionals, building and executing territory-specific strategies, and managing high-level client relationships. The VP of Sales will also be expected to stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the medical devices industry, and to develop data-driven sales strategies while ensuring the delivery of world-class engineering solutions. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, life sciences, or a related field, with a preference for an MBA or relevant Master's degree. A minimum of 20 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, specifically in the medical devices or healthcare technology industries, is required. The role demands a proven track record in managing large portfolios and delivering substantial revenue growth, as well as a strong understanding of FDA regulations, product lifecycle management, and digital health solutions. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, particularly in dealing with senior executives in med-tech companies. The ability to travel frequently across the East Coast is also a necessary qualification for this position.
