This role will lead the process of identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, understanding their business challenges, and connecting them with the communication platform and marketing services. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a focus on achieving results. Key Responsibilities: • Prospecting & Lead Generation: o Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, in-person networking, and inbound lead follow-up. o Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. • Client Relationship Management: o Conduct needs assessments to understand customer pain points and propose tailored solutions. o Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Sales Strategy Execution: o Present software and services through engaging demos and proposals. o Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. • Collaboration: o Partner with marketing, product, and internal customer success teams/consultants to align efforts and optimize client outcomes. o Provide feedback to the product team to improve offerings based on customer insights. • Reporting & Analysis: o Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and customer information in the CRM. o Analyze sales metrics and market trends to refine strategies and maximize performance.
