The successful candidate will be responsible for leading manufacturing operations, coordinating all site functions, and overseeing the operations readiness activities for the successful start-up of the facility. Key responsibilities for the Senior Vice President, Site Head include building and managing a cross-functional CDMO site, formulating and implementing strategic plans, and coordinating efforts with department leaders to ensure successful delivery. This role requires a senior-level manager with a proven track record in complex program management, cross-disciplinary organizational management, and a minimum of 15 years' of experience in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive biotechnology experience in senior operational management, a strong project background, and a background in scientific or engineering disciplines. The role also involves direct management of manufacturing operation staff, establishing procedures for high standards of manufacturing operations, and actively participating in corporate sustainability and culture initiatives. The candidate must have a BS, MS, or Ph.D. in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline, with a strong background in biological API development and biotech manufacturing techniques.
