Applicants must have a Medical Doctor (MD/MBBS/DO) degree, significant global drug safety and pharmacovigilance experience, and a proven track record in people leadership. The role requires the ability to influence and inspire others, build strong relationships, and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders. Direct experience in interacting with regulatory authorities and a clear vision for drug safety and PV that aligns with the company's long-term goals are essential.
