This role involves executing the strategic plan priorities related to academic, talent, and equity initiatives, and the Managing Director will be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the Chief Academic Officer and other regional staff. Key responsibilities include serving as the instructional leader for the high school region, developing and monitoring academic and organizational goals, and managing a high-performing leadership team to ensure the success of the schools. Applicants for the Managing Director position must have a background in charter schools, with at least 5 years of experience managing or coaching high-performing leaders in a results-driven environment. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of work experience.
