The ideal candidate will have a background of at least 15 years' in top leadership positions within operations, with a focus on active RF components and experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Key responsibilities include holding departmental heads accountable, driving a metrics and KPI-led culture, and leading initiatives to reduce cycle and labor time. The role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in process improvement, a strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing standards, and the ability to anticipate and address skill and capacity gaps. The candidate should be a visible and engaged leader, with a GEMBA mindset, and possess the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
