The successful candidate will be a key member of the leadership team, with direct responsibility for all BU-level financial activities, including general and cost accounting, payroll, and financial planning and analysis. The Business Unit Controller will also be responsible for preparing and communicating global financial results, budgets, and forecasts, as well as managing the financial reporting and processes. Applicants for the Business Unit Controller position at the company should have a BS in Accountancy or Finance, with a CPA certification strongly preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar business partnership role within an international manufacturing environment is required, along with a proven track record in international financial consolidations. The role demands a professional with strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills, who is adept at building relationships and influencing senior executives. Experience in financial management of reporting processes, as well as in capital expenditure and R&D project evaluation, is essential.
