This key role involves serving as a critical thought partner and trusted advisor to the CTO and the CTO leadership team, with a focus on building and implementing a comprehensive and successful technology strategy. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for ensuring the team is in sync to achieve targeted goals, leading organizational and executive rhythms, and driving the Technology Office's operations. Day-to-day activities include acting as a proxy for the CTO in designated meetings, tracking high-priority initiatives, and leading cross-functional strategic projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in a similar role, with experience in product development, business planning, budget management, and a strong technology acumen. Candidates for the Chief of Staff position should be adept at challenging and influencing leadership, have solid project management experience, and possess strong business judgment. The role requires the ability to handle confidential information, be resilient under pressure, and demonstrate a strong alignment with the company's core values. While not mandatory, knowledge of the business or the industries it serves is desired. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in fiscal operations, and business enablement, and may be required to travel.
