The successful candidate will also be involved in financial planning, leading the finance team, and managing legal matters. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a background in the IT industry, particularly with experience in managed service providers and supporting IT infrastructure management segments. A minimum of 5 years' of global operations experience at a senior management level, along with a similar tenure in P&L management, is essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA and LEAN certification.
