The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing corporate accounting, income/franchise tax, and financial functions. This includes ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and federal and state tax regulations, as well as minimizing corporate tax liabilities. The role also involves providing financial information, tax research, and planning to top management and overseeing the performance of the accounting and taxation departments. Applicants for the Division Head of Accounting and Taxation position at the company should have a strong background in both GAAP and IFRS, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and/or taxation. Prior supervisory or managerial experience is required, and a BA or Master's degree in accounting or taxation is preferred. A CPA qualification is a plus, and proficiency in Mandarin is also advantageous. The role demands a professional who can ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, as well as federal and state tax returns, and who is capable of providing necessary training and support to the accounting and taxation teams.
