The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all commercial activities within the unit, which includes three strategic sub-segments: functional fluids, paint and adhesives, and pesticides. This role demands a leader who can develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage a high-performing sales team, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers. The SVP will also be tasked with driving aggressive top-line growth, developing the commercial strategy, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include sales leadership, business development, marketing, pricing strategy, contract management, and commercial operations. Applicants must have a deep understanding of the private label and/or contract manufacturing landscape, with a preference for experience in the automotive, industrial, or specialty markets. A proven track record in sales and business development, strong customer relationship management skills, and the ability to navigate complex pricing structures are essential. The role requires a strategic thinker with a results-oriented and data-driven mindset, superior negotiation skills, and the ability to manage continual change. A Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of sales management and leadership experience are required, with a preference for those with a background in consumer packaged goods or make-to-order selling. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader, with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally, and will uphold the highest ethical standards.
