Vice President of Fund Accounting About the Company Rapidly expanding hedge fund IndustryFinancial Services TypePrivately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Fund Accounting Vice President to oversee the largest fund within its private credit portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 4-5 professionals and will be involved in all aspects of fund accounting, including the review and reconciliation of the fund's books and records, closing of the books with a focus on NAV review, reconciliation, fee calculations, and partners' capital statement review. The role also involves monthly and quarterly fund closings with fund administrators, as well as the preparation and review of GAAP financial statements. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of fund accounting experience, with a specific focus on private credit, and a background in a Big 4 firm or similar caliber with asset or investment management clients. A CPA is required for this position.
