The successful candidate will be a key business partner to the global GTM organization, with a focus on prioritizing the success of GTM teams through exceptional enablement. This role is pivotal in driving the execution of GTM onboarding, training programs, and various learning journeys to support Account Executives and GTM roles. The VP will be responsible for developing and driving a best-in-class GTM enablement program, aligned with the company's business and GTM strategy. Key objectives include evaluating and driving the adoption of sales content and collateral, supporting cross-functional GTM roles, and leading a high-performing team to ensure the design, delivery, and effectiveness of enablement programs. Candidates for the VP, GTM Enablement position should have 15-20 years' of GTM, sales enablement, or sales management experience, with a Bachelor's degree required and a Master's degree or degree in Instructional Design being a plus. The role demands a leader with executive presence, strong communication, and the ability to influence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategy development, teamwork, and problem-solving, as well as experience in working with Learning Management Systems. The VP will be expected to provide thought leadership in enablement methods and delivery systems, ensuring the team employs rigorous analyses to identify and prioritize enablement needs.
