The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning the channel and alliance organization's objectives with the business strategy, providing leadership to the management team, and driving the strategy for metrics and performance. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the channel and alliance ecosystem, preferably within a SaaS environment, and a proven track record of exceeding pipeline generation and revenue targets. The SVP will also be tasked with overseeing the delivery of scalable enablement tools, events, and the company's channel and alliances ecosystem, as well as identifying new routes to market to extend the company's market presence. Applicants for the SVP, Global Channel & Alliances role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or global equivalent, with at least 10 years of experience in building and managing high-performance teams. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong problem-solving ability. The ideal candidate will be a dealmaker, with a positive and energetic approach, and a keen sense of urgency and results orientation. Experience in managing partnership programs, including developer, resell, cross-sell, and co-sell relationships, is essential, as is the ability to build relationships through indirect channels.
