The successful candidate will be responsible for the IT infrastructure, operations, and end-user computing, ensuring that technology meets business demands and supports resilient operations for both customers and internal employees. This senior leadership position requires a strong alignment of global technology strategy with the organization's goals, and the ability to lead and continuously improve the colleague experience with technology. The VP IT will also be accountable for the development and integration of new ideas and initiatives to enhance organizational performance, as well as for the management of large IT teams, including outsourced vendor resources. Applicants for the VP IT, Global Technology role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 15 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 10 years in a global IT leadership position. Advanced knowledge of monitoring tools, networks, servers, incident management best practices, and user support/client experience strategies is essential. The role requires experience in leading high-priority incidents, building response protocols, and executive-level communications. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in various IT sub-functions, exposure to diverse technologies, and a proven track record of managing complex customer interactions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are a must, as is the ability to balance priorities and drive execution.
