The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, and will be responsible for developing and executing HR plans that align with the organization's goals. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in strategic, talent management, and business development. The VP, HR will oversee critical HR functions such as talent acquisition, benefits, company culture, M&A people integration, learning and development, and HRIS. They will also be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, leading cultural initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations. Key responsibilities for the VP, HR include team management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, learning and development, and culture and communications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing HR strategies that drive business results, strong knowledge of HR-related compliance and legislative requirements, and experience in change management and organizational development. They should be adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess in-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. The role demands a professional with exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
