The successful candidate will be a key partner in shaping and motivating the business cadence and executive communication. This role involves managing a range of critical strategy projects for the future growth of the partnerships business, acting as a point of contact for the Vice President, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing and managing executive internal communications strategies, leading preparation for the Vice President and their leadership team, and motivating the operational cadence for the Americas Partnerships business. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with a minimum of 6 years in relevant fields such as management consulting, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory. A Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred. The role requires excellent problem-solving, investigative, and communication skills, as well as the ability to make presentation documents. Experience in advertising, consultative business, business development, or a digital media environment, and knowledge of partner and creator ecosystems, are also desirable. The Chief of Staff will be expected to be a thought partner to the Vice President, lead the preparation of executive materials, and motivate the operational and people plans for the Americas initiatives.
