A deep understanding of market research, particularly in the areas of innovation research and product testing, is essential, as is the ability to think strategically and act as a trusted advisor to clients. Candidates for this role at the company should have at least 15 years of experience, including a successful tenure in a general management position of similar size and scope. The role requires a leader with strong team management skills, the ability to mentor and develop leaders, and a passion for making a true client impact. The EVP will be responsible for creating and executing account growth strategies, overseeing major proposals, and collaborating with other service lines to address client needs in a differentiated manner. A background in financial management, and business development, and a proven ability to innovate and implement creative business solutions are also key requirements.
