The successful candidate will be a key partner in the end-to-end acquisition process, from market analysis to post-closing issue resolution. This role requires the ability to lead and execute complex acquisitions, as well as to develop and refine corporate strategy across the business. The Vice President will also be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of acquisition targets and major capex projects, performing detailed financial analysis, and providing strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to work with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Candidates for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA highly preferred, and at least 7 years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or private equity. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, distribution, or construction operations, and possess the business acumen to understand the various functions within the company.
