The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Water Solutions business unit in the Americas, with a focus on aligning resources to strategy, maximizing impact and scale, and driving successful business strategies. This role requires a leader who can support a top-performing safety culture, embrace commercial and operational excellence, and drive the development of new opportunities. The President will be accountable for the full P&L of the water management businesses, develop and execute growth strategies, and ensure the business meets its financial and operational goals. Key competencies for this role include an enterprise mindset, the ability to build effective teams, instill trust, ensure accountability, and drive results. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive management or executive experience in water infrastructure or related industries, with a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. An MBA or eMBA is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading operations and sales strategies, with a strong background in sales or marketing management, and experience in growing market share, introducing new products, and M&A activities. The role demands excellent analytical, financial, and communication skills, as well as the ability to create a customer-oriented organization that fosters deep relationships and builds sales.
