The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the CIO and/or CISO, providing expert guidance and support to clients in the realm of OT security services and solutions. This pivotal role involves assessing security risks, designing and implementing robust security measures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards to protect industrial systems from cyber threats. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting security assessments, developing threat models, and creating security roadmaps. The SVP will also be involved in service transformation, team leadership, and the development of cybersecurity strategies and policies for OT infrastructure. Applicants for the SVP position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with advanced degrees or certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GICSP being preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, particularly with a focus on OT security standards and tools, is required. The role demands a deep understanding of OT security standards, proficiency in OT-specific security tools, and experience with security technologies relevant to both enterprise and OT environments. Essential traits include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
