This critical role is focused on enterprise strategy, growth, and diversification, with a key responsibility for supporting the Board of Directors and their committees. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the Board Governance team, ensuring effective communication, strategic alignment, and coordination between the Board, executive leadership, and other stakeholders. Essential responsibilities include strategy development, executive communication, leadership engagement, and overseeing ESBD operations. The role demands a professional with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of corporate governance. They will also be responsible for building and executing an infrastructure and talent strategy for ESBD operations, comparable to a professional services practice. This includes managing the budget, vendors, staffing, and resource assignments, as well as mentoring and developing team members to ensure a high-performance culture.
