The successful candidate will be instrumental in the go-to-market strategy, overseeing a portfolio of key accounts, and fostering robust relationships with clients and prospects. This role is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion within existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with a focus on renewable power, utilities, energy, or finance clients, and will be passionate about the adoption of products that facilitate the energy transition. As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for recruiting, leading, and mentoring customer success and account management teams, as well as developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. The role requires a seasoned leader with at least 10 years of experience in building and motivating high-performing teams, a deep understanding of digital selling, and a strong ability to manage complex, high-value accounts. The candidate should be adept at driving both retention and expansion revenue, with a natural ability to lead and negotiate high-stakes deals. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with advanced business experience, strong analytical skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.
