The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to the CPO, driving cross-functional initiatives, fostering alignment, and supporting the company's transformation. This leadership position demands exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills, as well as a passion for building scalable organizational practices in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include setting the vision and strategy for the People Team, guiding the annual budget process, and leading efforts to build HR systems and processes that support growth and IPO readiness. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for operational excellence, project management, data and analytics, and communication with stakeholders. Applicants for the Chief of Staff role should have 10-15+ years' experience in People/HR roles, ideally in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with exposure to large-scale transformations. HR expertise across multiple domains, strategic acumen, and a proven track record in project management are essential. The role requires outstanding communication skills, a data-driven approach, and the ability to thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments. While not mandatory, experience in transportation, mobility, real estate, or logistics industries is a plus, and advanced education in business, HR, or related fields is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be a chaos pilot, adept at making quick decisions with imperfect information, and will be instrumental in building and maintaining an inclusive, high-performing culture as the organization grows.
