The role also involves managing a small team, contributing to the design and refinement of monitoring procedures, and ensuring alignment with the global strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in market, product, and business experience, with a preference for those with exposure to trading desks, electronic trading, or IT support of GM trading activities. Technical skills required include knowledge of internal databases, trading infrastructure, and proficiency in coding languages such as SQL and Python.
