The CMO will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the highest quality clinical care, in compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations. This role involves strategic leadership in the development and implementation of clinical functions, with a focus on maximizing clinical performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The CMO will also be a key partner in the organization's quality, compliance, and business intelligence functions, and will work closely with the Senior HR Director to engage and retain clinical staff. Candidates for the Chief Medical Officer position at the company must possess a medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited program, be licensed to practice medicine in the State of Florida, and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical leadership role. Board certification in a relevant specialty is required. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field, strong strategic vision, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as excellent time management and problem-solving abilities. The CMO will be expected to build and maintain trusted relationships, facilitate training for clinical staff, and provide leadership and supervision for the Director of Nursing and clinical leaders.
