A key aspect of the role is to lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, and working closely with sales, product management, and other stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with the broader go-to-market strategy. Candidates for the VP of Revenue Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in revenue-impacting marketing roles within high-growth B2B SaaS environments. The role requires a proven track record in leading successful demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns, strong leadership abilities, and familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, AI tools, and data analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will excel in strategic thinking, be hands-on in execution, and possess excellent communication skills.
