The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of financial activities, including the review of monthly estimates and final Fund NAVs, as well as the analysis and reconciliation of NAVs with various third-party administrators and custodians. This role also involves the review and reconciliation of the calculation and payment of management and performance fees, client capital statements, and fund foreign currency exposure, and the coordination of hedging. The Assistant Vice President will play a key role in the setup and launch of new products and funds, review capital call and distribution calculations, and collaborate with offshore resources on NAV production. Additionally, the role requires the utilization of technology and outsourced solutions to enhance efficiencies and controls, and working with reporting teams to ensure the proper presentation of data in audited financial statements and regulatory filings. Applicants for the Assistant Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, with a preference for candidates holding a CPA and/or CFA. A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in fund, audit, or administrator roles is required, with a strong preference for those with experience in PE, hedge fund, and/or FoHF investing. The role demands a candidate with a solid background in accounting systems, and experience in this area is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and be adept at working with legal documents for fund accounting process considerations.
